UNLIMITED LOCAL DELIVERY

At Jardin Du Monde, we are committed to providing excellent service and a unique and memorable delivery experience. We offer Unlimited  Local Delivery in Tampa, Saint Petersburg, and Sarasota zip codes on applicable products for each order shipping to one address. Our white glove delivery professionals will oversee your delivery to ensure a seamless experience. You will be charged a flat rate based on your delivery area.  For items shipped via FREIGHT, see STANDARD DELIVERY section below for information.

 

PREPARING FOR DELIVERY

To ensure a successful delivery, please confirm that all items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the desired location. For freight delivery (deliveries greater than 150lbs), the buyer is responsible for ensuring shipment is accepted in a safe and practical location. In your order notes, mention what access points are available including elevators and number of flights of stairs. Please contact us for additional assistance in measuring your space.

 

SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY

For larger botanical art, you will be contacted when your items are ready and prompted to schedule your delivery. We ask that you take receipt within 15 days. At the time of scheduling, please notify Jardin Du Monde of any special delivery requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, the need for small trucks to navigate narrow roads and driveways, restricted delivery time frames due to local ordinances, gated entry access, proof of insurance for high rise and condominium buildings, multiple flights of stairs and service elevator reservations.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT ON DELIVERY DAY

Most items that qualify for Unlimited Local Delivery include delivery inside your home, where our white glove delivery professionals will carefully unpack and inspect each item and assemble and place it in your room of choice.  For your convenience, all packing materials will be removed. We ask that you inspect your item(s) before our delivery professionals leave your home.

Items Requiring Professional Assembly & Installation. 

Our white glove delivery professionals are not permitted to move furniture currently in your home. Please clear the space where your items will be placed prior to delivery.

An authorized adult, 18 years or older, must be present during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your items and sign the delivery receipt.

In the event of any defect or damage noted at the time of delivery, Jardin Du Monde will replace the item or schedule a repair technician to resolve the issue at no charge to you. Contact Us for more information.

 

DELIVERY SURCHARGES

Oversized, extremely heavy or fragile items require additional delivery support, thus incurring a surcharge.

If shipment arrives at delivery location and is refused by buyer, the buyer will incur a surcharge equal to the reasonable, documented costs incurred, together with any resulting storage or return transportation charges. The buyer must contact Jardin du Monde to schedule redelivery at their own expense. Applicable charges will be disclosed and must be paid before redelivery is scheduled. These charges will not apply where refusal or inability to accept delivery results from an act of God, a government order, or emergency access restriction beyond the buyer's reasonable control, or circumstances in which the buyer has a legal right to reject delivery.  

STANDARD DELIVERY

 

STANDARD DELIVERY

Items not shipping via Unlimited Delivery, including certain smaller items, will generally be shipped via our respected carrier network and charged a standard shipping rate based on the total merchandise value (see table below). Items that ship Standard Delivery arrive in 5-8 business days.

 

EXPRESS DELIVERY

For an additional cost per address, we can ship orders received by noon ET (Mon-Fri) to arrive in 2-3 business days (2-Day Rush). Rush delivery is not available to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PO boxes or Canada, or for items that ship via Unlimited Delivery. Select items delivering via UPS are also ineligible for rush delivery.

APO/FPO/DPO BOXES

Please Contact Us to place an order for APO, FPO or DPO addresses — unfortunately, we cannot process these orders online. Oversized items and items that ship directly from our vendors cannot be shipped to APO/FPO/DPO/PO boxes. Rush delivery is not available.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY & FREIGHT FORWARDING

We ship only to the U.S., Canada and APO, FPO and DPO addresses. We do not ship to the U.S. Territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. However, international clients can have orders delivered to a freight forwarder of their choice located within the U.S. or Canada.
